Terms of Use

Draft — this page is being finalized before fit brains launches.
Using Fit Brains
fit brains offers short brain-training games, a daily workout, scores and insights. By using the app or this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use fit brains.
Not medical advice
fit brains is for general wellbeing and entertainment. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Scores, comparisons and the Fit Brains Age are estimates, and some figures are example data, labeled in the app. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
Your account
You can start as a guest and save your account with email or a supported sign-in provider. Keep your sign-in details safe. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions and free trials
Some features may need a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your fit brains account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, to access other people's data, or to tamper with scores or purchases.
App stores
If you downloaded fit brains from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
